Location: This is a remote role

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per year with achievable OTE £60K+

The Role

They are looking for a Client Support Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with pre-qualified clients via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information, address queries, and set appointments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently from home.
Experience in customer service, call handling, or financial services is advantageous.
