Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

Proactively seek and capitalise on partnership opportunities in the sea and air freight sectors, building lasting relationships with key industry players.
Develop new partnerships with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics providers to fuel the expansion of the company's freight operations.
Cultivate and manage existing partnerships to ensure continued success, growth, and long-term collaboration.
Think critically when formulating strategies to ensure project success, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for our partners.

Requirements as a Business Development Manager:

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
3-4 years of business development experience within the sea and air freight industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you will be working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster growth and collaboration.
A proven track record of executing successful business development strategies within the freight, shipping, and logistics sectors.
A goal-oriented, focused approach to your work, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
