The role – Designated Safeguarding Lead

I am looking for a Designated Safeguarding Lead to work in a PRU in Southwark, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in safeguarding practices and Ofsted requirements. For this Designated Safeguarding Lead role you must be committed, hardworking and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a safeguarding role and can build strong rapport with all members of staff, students and parents. For this role you must have experience of working with children with SEMH and have a non – judgemental approach to behaviour management.

The school – PRU

The school is an all-girls PRU based in Southwark that caters for girls aged 11 – 16 years old. They have a skilled, hardworking and dedicated staff team willing to offer support and expertise to develop your own practice, as well as excited to learn from you. This school has excellent transport links and is close to an underground station in zone 2.
