Supporting HR-related queries from staff and management
Assisting with recruitment processes
Updating and maintaining HR records
Contributing to the development of HR policies
Assisting with payroll processing
Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Participating in HR projects as requiredProfile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with employment laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
