Job Title: Temporary Management Accountant
Location: Derby
Contract: Temporary 3-6 monbths (Potential TTP)

A leading Derby based manufacturing business are seeking a Temporary Management Accountant to support financial reporting, budgeting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Management Accounts & Reporting – Prepare monthly fmanagement accounts, conduct variance analysis, and ensure accurate financial statements
✔ Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in financial planning and budget preparation
✔ Cost Monitoring – Support cost analysis and provide recommendations for operational efficiency
✔ Internal Controls & Compliance – Ensure adherence to financial policies, VAT returns, and audit requirements
✔ Stakeholder Support – Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For:

? Qualified or part-qualified accountant (or QBE)
? Experience manufacturing and costing is desired but not essential
? Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
