Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trades such as carpentry, plasterering, decorating and be proficient in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working on social housing properties, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

This role will require you to use your own van and will be long term subcontracting work.

Responsibilities

Carpentry work

Plastering 

Damp & mould 

Painting & Decorating

Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork as required.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Assist in the installation of plasterboard where necessary.

Experience

Proven experience as a multi trader or in a similar role within the construction industry is essential.

Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and masonry techniques is required.

Social housing experience

Ability to work at heights, including roofs, safely and effectively.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
