Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic Global People Analytics team to drive impactful change within the energy sector!
Deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards and insightful HR performance metrics that inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analytics requirements, ensuring clarity and precision from concept to delivery.
Design and implement data pipelines and models, partnering with our internal SAP DataSphere Engineer to optimise data flow.
Create visually stunning, interactive dashboards that engage users and simplify complex data insights.
Ensure data accuracy through validation and compliance with data governance policies.
Develop access and controls frameworks to maintain the integrity of our Power BI suite.
Manage project milestones effectively, adapting to the fast-paced nature of digital transformation.

Technical / Specialist Skills and Experience:

Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in HR data visualisation analytics, particularly with Power BI, and familiarity with HR reporting systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
Expertise in data transformation, DAX coding, and advanced analytics.
Ability to navigate fast-paced project environments and manage ambiguity with innovative problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of Data Governance and role-based security frameworks.

Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
Experience in HR analytics, with a track record of using Power BI effectively.
Experience in HR transformation and system implementation is highly desirable.
