Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) – Lincoln

Location: Lincoln
Salary: Starting at £55,000 + bonus, with progression to £60,000 as the role evolves into dual home management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of a 3-bed home for young people with EBD.
*
Ensure the home meets all Ofsted regulations and delivers exceptional care and support.
*
Develop and maintain care plans tailored to each young person's unique needs.
*
Mentor and lead the team, promoting a culture of respect, support, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it).
*
Proven experience in managing a children’s residential home, with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations.
*
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting young people with EBD.
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
