This Customer Service Advisor position is based in modern offices in Warwick, with free on-site parking, easy access to the A46, Warwick town centre, and a short walk from Warwick Parkway train station. You’ll enjoy a hybrid work model, spending 2 days per week working from home.
This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in customer service, complaint resolution, administration, contact centres, call centres, retail, hospitality, or healthcare, and full training is provided to ensure a smooth transition.
Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
* Assist clients through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, email, and web inquiries.
* Handle various administrative tasks to ensure that customer has a positive experience
