This role is ideal for someone seeking an opportunity to work with the newly formed Commercial Office team to gain market and professional knowledge by working with Asset and Development Managers in this exciting sector.
Key Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively on Asset Management and VP strategies.
- Undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews aligned with asset strategies and the budget/business plan.
- Ensuring the proactive property management and maintenance of commercial office properties.
- Undertaking lease reads, site audits, Horizon, and any other system updates.
- Income management
- Communicating and responding proactively with tenants.
- Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
- Relevant experience in general practice surveying including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, credit control, valuation, litigation, service charges
- Proficient in conducting property inspections to ensure the health, safety and compliance of assets.
- Track record in property management and the maintenance of commercial properties.
- Effective communicator including stakeholder and customer management
