Your typical day could start with answering enquiries and providing advice to customers. Then you might be engaging with one of several different departments to support them in delivering effective estate services, proposed major works and complex service charge queries before heading to a resident meeting.
As a Homeownership Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for specialist homeownership services in relation to a portfolio of properties, where you’ll lead on contractual relationship management with external managing agents and specialist enquiry management for homeowners. With a particular focus on providing excellent customer service, you’ll actively work to understand the root cause of customer dissatisfaction and work with internal teams and external agents to resolve them.
You’re a collaborative person who can communicate effectively, using your ability to understand and translate complex information into plain terms for a range of audiences. You’ll enjoy working with multiple teams and you’re first rate at understanding and managing contracts to enable you to ensure standards are met. You’ll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.

To be successful in this role, you’re:
* Experienced working in a residential Property Management environment
* Up to date on contemporary issues and legislation affecting residential property management and the wider real estate sector
* Experienced in working within homeownership tenures
