Salary:  £38,000

Contract: 12 Month FTC

Development Details:

This role will be based at a residential development located in Shoreditch, East London. With 264 residential units, the development is located within easy reach Shoreditch High Street Station.  

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains and keeping the environment safe and clean.
Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries
