Salary: £28,000-£32,000 PA (depending on skills/experience)

About the Role

Are you a meticulous, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in mechanics and electronics? Join our dynamic Systems Assembly Team!

You’ll be part of a small, skilled team (3-4 engineers) assembling cutting-edge laser marking and cutting devices, along with related product handling and ancillary equipment. This hands-on, facility-based role requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to quality.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Attributes:

* Strong understanding of mechanics and electronics.

* Aptitude for software used in calibration and testing (training provided).

* Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow precise build processes without error.

* Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

* Located within 30 minutes commute of Basildon.

* Must have own transport.

Desirable:

* Experience with lasers is a bonus, but not required — full training provided!
