SEN Teacher 

Location: Tonbridge
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN allowance dependent on experience
Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher for an exciting role in Tonbridge. This SEN Teacher opportunity is perfect for a committed educator who has experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.

In this SEN Teacher role, you will:

Deliver engaging and personalised lessons to SEN students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with other staff to develop effective learning plans for SEN students.
Assess and report on student progress, making necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.
Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is required for this SEN Teacher position.
Proven track record of teaching students with SEN.
Deep understanding of SEN methodologies and educational practices.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
