A position has become available for a highly professional individual who can provide support to the Aftersales Manager as a Service Advisor. You will need to be a confident relationship builder and able to communicate with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work independently maintaining customer focus. Key performance indicators will include Customer satisfaction, repeat repairs and retail hours sold.
To be considered for the Service Advisor role you must have previous motortrade experience and be IT literate, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience. A full unrestricted driving licence is essential for this job role
As a Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be:
* • Advising customers on technical queries/issues
* • Arranging bookings for work to be carried out
* • Advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections
* • Finalising and invoicing the customer and collecting payment
The Service Advisor role is Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
