Health & Safetey Manager
We are looking for a health and Safetey professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safetey manager to join our team and oversee health, safety, environment, and quality compliance surround the sites beased in London and the home counties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Health and Safetey policies in line with industry regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Monitor compliance through regular site inspections and audits.
* Deliver training sessions to staff and subcontractors.
* Investigate incidents and establish corrective actions.
* Engage with residents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate/Diploma (Desirable)
* Membership with IOSH or IIRSM (Desirable).
* Experience in social housing refurbishment projects is highly advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
