Location: Borehamwood
Salary: £28-32k DOE
Hours: Full-Time - you must be flexible with shift patterns and one night shift per week

The large residential care home provides a supportive environment where residents can thrive, and we are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work alongside the RM

The Role

As the Team Leader, you will lead the shift (taking calls, medications, hand overs, getting feedback from residents and families etc).

Key Responsibilities

* Leadership: Lead the shift ensuring high-quality care and smooth service delivery.

* Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of excellence.

* Resident-Centred Care: Ensure care plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident

Requirements
✔ Previous experience in a similar role
✔ Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a team
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
