My client is a major contractor in the UK with a large workload throughout London and the surrounding areas.I am looking for a Package/Project Manager for an ongoing £400m Commercial Project near Green Park.

The Role

* Construction Lead for Hard & Soft Landscaping and 278 works

* Liaision with local authority and london underground

* Boots on site individual but commercially aware and experience of challenging consultants/designers in relation to Design matters.

Requirements

* Strong external works experience

* Contracting or Groundworks sub contracting experience

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid

* MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO START

Rate of Pay

* £380-£420 - PAYE Umbrella or CIS Umbrella
