Estimator Responsibilities:
Accurately estimate costs for electronics projects based on specifications and customer requirements
Collaborate with the manufacturing and purchasing departments to ensure accurate costings
Evaluate materials, components, and labour requirements to produce detailed quotes
Analyse and review supplier pricing to optimise project profitability
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to refine project specifications and requirements.Estimator Requirements:
Good understanding of electronics, including component specifications and functionality
Experience in manufacturing processes and purchasing practices within the electronics industry
Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with technical data and cost models
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, timely estimates
