A great opportunity to join a well-established and high performing team in construction recruitment. Our very well-known and dynamic business has an increase in orders from our client base and is looking to strengthen our resourcing team to maximise our ability to meet client demand.

This is a fantastic chance to join the highest performing construction recruitment team in East Anglia.

Job Purpose:

* Proactive resourcing to create available temporary worker candidates of potential across the temp business,

* aid the business in filling a higher proportion of incoming vacancies,

* provide candidates for billers speculatively introduce.

Responsibilities:

* Phone based role talking to current and potential candidates

* Proactive calling out to candidates to check availability and gather information to set format

* Qualifying and circulating available candidates to billing teams

* Updating database, deleting useless records, confirming current details etc

* Using multiple data sources (live feeds from across the business)

* Manage available candidates updates

Measurables

* Qualified circulated candidates per day/week

* Call volume

Remuneration

* Salary plus achievement bonus based on candidates circulated

Person:

* Comfortable with hitting a call volume repeatedly

* Organised and hard working

* Recruitment resourcing experience would assist, especially from a construction or technical, industrial sector – but not essential
