A long term client of ours has asked us to search for a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team. This role is based in the office and offers the chance to work within a fantastic team of people.

Main duties will include:

* Speaking with event participants

* Outbound calls to customers

* Sending and replying to emails

* Adding data to the CRM system

* Administrative duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

* Good relationship building skills

* A good telephone manner

* IT proficiency

* The desire to work within a small office team
