Key Recruitment are delighted to be supporting with the recruitment for a Solicitor to join a fantastic team on a permanent basis. This role will be to take on existing case-load while actively seeking new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be 5 - 10 years PQE with a proven track record of handling a variety of Civil Litigation matters, to include but not limited to;

Commercial and residential property disputes
Contested probate
Debt claims
Contract disputes
Building disputes
Professional negligence
Defamation, libel & slander

Main responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to:

Landlord and tenant disputes.
Contentious Probate matters.
Commercial contracts and business disputes.
Partnership disputes.
Professional negligence.
Property, building and boundary disputes.
Debt claims.
Required qualifications, skills and experience.

Be enthusiastic and hardworking.
Be proactive and have an aptitude for business development.
Have a suitable professional qualification.
Have a proven track record of effectively running own caseload.
Be able to work accurately, prioritise work and adhere to critical deadlines.
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Have In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the areas of responsibility.
Have strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills to effectively represent clients and engage with opposing parties.
Be computer literate.
