Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer (Mechanical/Plumbing Bias)

Location: Covering Luton, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Suffolk

Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + bonus + van + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer with a mechanical or plumbing bias to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple commercial office sites across the designated regions. You’ll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and respond to reactive tasks, ensuring smooth operation of building services, such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and leak detection.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance tasks across multiple commercial properties.

* Perform PPMs and respond to reactive maintenance calls.

* Maintain and service air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, and motors.

* Conduct leak detection and repairs.

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and compliance.

Requirements:

* Strong mechanical or plumbing background with relevant qualifications.

* Experience in maintaining AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Self-motivated and able to manage workload across multiple sites
