The Marketing Account Manager will assume a crucial role in managing client accounts, strategies, marketing initiatives, and overseeing cross-channel campaigns within the Health care, STEM, or Built Environment sectors. This role involves collaborating with multiple brands within the sector to drive successful marketing strategies and achieve targeted application acquisition through various channels:

Business line websites
Job board management
Meeting SLA requirements for ticket responses
Utilisation of Google Analytics
PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Email Marketing
Social Media engagement
Online Advertising
Remarketing

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management:

Building and nurturing strong relationships with sector-specific businesses, understanding their needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related discussions.Strategic Planning:

Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, leveraging sector expertise to drive impactful campaigns and initiatives.Campaign Execution:

Overseeing end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations.Performance Analysis:

Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation and improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborating with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure seamless execution and achieve desired outcomes.New Business Development:

Identifying growth opportunities within the sector, contributing to business development efforts, and securing new accounts.Key Qualities:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They should exhibit a professional demeanour, excel in stakeholder engagement, meet deadlines, and effectively manage allocated budgets. Proactive problem-solving and the ability to think creatively for innovative solutions are essential.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of three years' experience in a similar agency role, preferably with recruitment experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
