About Us:
The client is a leading construction company specialising in commercial refurbishments. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of a key project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all on-site activities and manage the refurbishment project from start to finish.

* Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff.

* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for senior management.

* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.

* Resolve any issues that arise on-site in a timely manner.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment or construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS).

* Experience in warehouse or commercial refurbishment is preferred.
