Ionic Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Freelance Site Manager in Manchester.

Our client is a specialist shop fitting and restaurant contractor with projects across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee fit-out projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. Permanent opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and coordinating subcontractors to deliver shop fitting and restaurant projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing site operations for shop fitting and restaurant fit-outs.

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth project delivery.

* Enforcing health & safety regulations and maintaining site standards.

* Monitoring project progress and addressing challenges as they arise.

* Liaising with senior management and clients to ensure project expectations are met.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in shop fitting or restaurant fit-outs.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects on time.

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.

* Willingness to work nationwide if required.

Salary & Benefits:

* £250 - £300 per day (Freelance).

* Nationwide roles available.

* Potential for permanent opportunities.
