The Role:
This is a new and critical Operations Manager position that will help propel the business to substantial growth in the coming years. You will oversee logistics, fleet management, stock control, and yard operations, driving the efficiency and productivity of the team. This hands-on role will have you managing lorry scheduling, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee lorry fleet, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance

* Manage stock levels and order fulfilment accuracy

* Lead and develop the operations team

* Implement strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
