Salary: £25 - £30 per hour

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Tutor to support individuals with special educational needs (SEN) in Doncaster.

As an SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with SEN, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and inclusive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for students with special educational needs (SEN).
Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Monitor and report on student progress, and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student learning.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
Requirements:

Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education (desirable but not essential).
