The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in electrical estimating and procurement. This is a key role where you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, sourcing materials, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems and commercial construction, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed electrical estimates for a variety of projects.

Work closely with internal teams to refine estimates and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Source and procure electrical materials, ensuring quality and competitive pricing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Contribute to budget analysis, financial tracking, and compliance with industry standards.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and emerging technologies to optimize procurement strategies.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the electrical or construction sector.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting controls, and commercial construction.

*

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

*

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze costs effectively and ensure accuracy.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and efficiency improvements.
