Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced baker to join our team. As a baker at Street Lane Bakery, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
Experimenting with new recipes and seasonal specials
Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
Collaborating with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment
Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards
Requirements:

Proven experience as a baker in a craft or artisan bakery
Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
Passion for creating high-quality, delicious products
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
