About the Role:

As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and generating new business. Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with comprehensive motor insurance solutions.

* Conducting thorough fact-finding to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

* Overcoming objections and closing sales to achieve sales targets.

* Building strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.

Working hours

Candidates need to be flexible to work different shift patterns between the hours of 8:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and one Saturday in 3 from 9am to 3pm.
