Job Title: Full-Time SEN Learning Support Assistant

Hourly Rate: £14/hr
About the Role:
A college in Durham is seeking a dedicated Full-Time SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and requires experience with personal care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to SEN students, including personal care
Assist in the classroom and during learning activities
Help with daily routines and personal care needs
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure students’ needs are met
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as neededRequirements:

Experience in personal care is essential
Previous experience working with SEN students is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
