What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering First-Class Customer Service: Be the go-to person for client queries, providing guidance on customs processes with professionalism and accuracy.
Administrative Excellence: Prepare and manage key customs documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Efficient Data Entry: Input shipment details into customs and logistics software with a high level of accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless clearance of shipments.
Compliance Support: Help the team monitor adherence to customs laws and identify potential issues.
Ongoing Learning: Take part in training sessions to master customs procedures and industry best practices.What We're Looking For:

Administrative Proficiency: Previous experience in administration, data entry, or call centre roles where accuracy and attention to detail were key.
Customer Service Skills: Confident and professional communicator, skilled at handling client queries.
