Finance Manager, Private Equity-Backed Market Leader, Central London, c£70k + Bonus
We're exclusively partnering with a leading, private equity-backed company that's dominating its market. This ambitious company has achieved global expansion through strategic acquisitions, pushing boundaries and setting the standard in its field.
The Role:
As the Finance Manager, you'll take charge of the day-to-day leadership of the Group Credit Controller and AR Assistant. You will also be responsible for the management accounting for UK entities & Treasury-related tasks. There will be plenty of opportunity to interact with subsidiary controllers based internationally dependent on cashflow support & intercompany agreement.
The role has plenty of senior exposure with regular reporting activities, such as weekly cashflow & consolidated receivables reporting, alongside UK management accounts production. This culminates in the production of Board-Level reporting outputs.
This is a hands-on, post journals & get-it-done role with an engaged team to lead.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 2 within the Accounts Receivables team
Providing Timely & accurate reporting of monthly management account packs
Enhance delivery & value-add commentary of reported numbers
Control & Informative reporting of receivable projections and cashflow models
Ensuring audit compliance with IFRS and internal controls
Maximise tax compliance through recovery and adherence
Effective two-way communication between the Business and the Finance team
Deliver weekly & monthly reports internally/externally, driving operations & finance performanceEssentials:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA) with 1+ years post qualified experience
Experience working in a multi-entity, multinational Group business
Strong Excel skills required
Proven experience posting journals
