Your Role at a Glance:

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will:

Conduct valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations for commercial properties.

Perform property surveys and maintain precise records, ensuring smooth management of commercial properties.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial property management or surveying.

Proficiency in property management software (Veco preferred) and MS Office.

Stellar negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.

*

Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (RICS accreditation preferred) or a keen willingness to progress.

*

Must have own vehicle.
