They are looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to be part of their current growth strategy. They have a fantastic culture which has lead to a low staff turnover.

The company caters to a wide range of clients of all sizes across numerous sectors such as Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas. You will be part of the complete engineering process in-house from initial research & development to manufacturing installation & inspection. Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed engineering drawings and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) creation.
Collaborate closely with clients to interpret and meet specific requirements.
Apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges and deliver quality solutions.
Support site surveys and installation when necessary.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
In return you'll receive a salary up to £32k, 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays,
