Southlodge are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our great team in Mitcham. Our Care Coordinators ensure our clients receive quality care, including organising rotas, communicating with the team, clients, families, and professionals.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with our growing business offering high standards of homecare throughout Southwest London. The role will also involve completing care calls if needed.
We'd love to hear from organised, dedicated and ambitious Co-ordinators wanting to support providing high standard of care to our community.
What will you do?
* Producing weekly rotas on online and team liaison
* Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
* Managing care scheduling and client contact
* Keep morale high within your team
* Help the company grow and take extra clients
* To allow Homecare Southlodge to provide a continuous and reliable service
* Spot checks, care plan reviews, assessments.
What do we offer?
* £24-27k salary depending on experience
* 22.5 hours per week over 3 days
* Visiting mileage covered
* Overtime and time off in lieu for on-call work completed over contracted hours
* Supportive, professional management and ongoing support
* Induction training and continued training and development offered
* A driving licence is essential for this role.
