Long Term Futures is looking for a qualified Maths Teacher to join a specialist education setting in Chesterfield (S41), working with KS3 and KS4 students who have faced challenges in mainstream education.

The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons at GCSE and Functional Skills level
Teach small class sizes (around 10 students per class)
Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students
Maintain positive relationships and encourage students to re-engage with education
Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to support student progressWhat We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
A resilient and adaptable approach with a passion for supporting disengaged learners
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
