Randstad are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman experienced in Masonry Works and Structural / Bridge remediation projects for work on a major rail framework in the Wessex region.

The role is an immediate requirement.

Travel across sites within the region will be required.

Key Duties:

Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute energy projects within the defined timelines and budget constraints
Managing paperwork
Tool box talks, inductions, briefings
PermitsQualification Requirements:

PTS
SMSTS
CSCS (Gold/Black)
Experienced working in a live rail / highways environment
