The Hours You’ll Work;

* Days, Monday to Thursday 07.00am – 15.30pm.

* Friday 07.00am till 13.00pm

The Pay You’ll Receive;

* £16 per hour.

* MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the South Shields area.

The Job You’ll Do;

* Fabricating/welding of thin gauge material 2mm to 3mm

* Occasionally working on heavier projects but not very often

* Using mainly mild and stainless steel along with Aluminium

* Ability to use a range of fabrication machinery

* Work from weld/engineering drawings

About You;

* Applicants must have experience in fabrication/welding

* Experience using different fabrication machinery process on sheet and Guage metals

* They must have an ability to work as part of a team and use their own initiative when required

* Don’t have to be time served but need to have the experience to carry out day to day tasks independently

* Be competent with either MIG or TIG welding both would be beneficial

* Ability to read and understand weld/engineering drawings

* Ability to quality check components
