The Head Chef will be managing a team of 12 Chefs and fully responsible for the sites entire food operation that caters for up to 1000 covers per day. This is a site that requires a Chef who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food. The site is split between retail & hospitality.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious & experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef who is looking for their first Head Chef role to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
