Description
Prepare and revise legal documents
Manage the diaries/inboxes and arrange meetings
Handle incoming communications and liaise with clients
Manage client files and maintain their confidentiality
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
Conduct research when required
Organise travel arrangements for lawyers
Perform general administrative tasks to a high levelProfile
A successful Legal Personal Assistant should have:
A established track record providing administrative support within a legal environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
