£60,000 - £70,000 + Company Vehicle + Share Scheme + Progression to Board Level

Are you an Engineering / Service Manager, or similar, looking for a chance to step into a board-level role with access to the companies Share Scheme overseeing the Service Engineering department of small but highly successful business, working with some of the most recognisable names in the brewery, winery, and craft drinks sectors?

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking business specialising in the supply, installation, and servicing of high-end drinks production equipment where your influence will extend far beyond day-to-day operations. You will lead and shape the company's service division, overseeing planning, recruitment, contract delivery, site inspections, H&S, PPM schedules and customer satisfaction.

You'll split your time between a professional, office-based setting and visiting customer sites to ensure high standards are maintained. With a seat at the board table and access to a share scheme, this is a role for someone ready to lead from the front.

The Role:

* Drive and develop the Service Department across planning, recruitment, operations and compliance
* Ensure health & safety policies, RAMS, and quality control procedures are upheld
* Manage client relationships and service delivery across a wide range of installations
* Spend time both in the office and on-site - 50/50 split between HQ and field
* Play an instrumental role in shaping the company's future as part of the leadership team

The Person:

* Proven background as an Engineering / Service Manager or similar
* Strong leadership and strategic planning experience
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Hands-on when required, but focused on driving standards and service excellence
* Passionate about long-term business growth and customer satisfaction
