You will be an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor and you will be at the forefront of delivering world-class infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are cost-effective and meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of cost management on major infrastructure projects, including cost planning, control, and reporting.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans for infrastructure projects.
Monitor and manage project budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts.
Conduct cost risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
Support the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of bids.
Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide cost advice and support to clients, ensuring their financial objectives are met.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management practices and processes.  
The ideal candidate will have the below:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in cost management within the infrastructure sector, including transportation, utilities, and public sector projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manage large data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
