The Opportunity
Are you a confident Site Manager looking to step up on exciting large-scale builds? This is your opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering a wide range of commercial and residential developments across the North West. Your input will be key to keeping projects moving, sites safe, and teams motivated.
As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll be part of a supportive construction team that values collaboration, structure, and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead site activity from groundwork to final fix—managing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring quality, compliance, and deadlines are consistently hit. As a Site Manager, you’ll ensure daily briefings are clear, risks are managed, and progress is reported back to the senior team.
You’ll act as the key contact for all operational site matters, ensuring Health & Safety standards are never compromised. You’ll also coordinate logistics, materials, and labour effectively to keep everything on track.
