What We're Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS), PGCE, or equivalent in English.
✅ Experience teaching English Language and Literature up to A-Level within the UK curriculum.
✅ Ability to plan and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that develop students' reading, writing, and analytical skills.
✅ A passion for nurturing creativity and critical thinking, encouraging students to explore a wide range of texts.
✅ Strong classroom management and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
