***Learning Support Assistant - Ely, Cambridgeshire

***September 2024 start

***£88 - £95 per day based on level of experience

***Monday - Friday (8:30 - 3:30) - Temporary to Permanent role

***Previous experience working with SEN children is desirable

**About the School**

This fabulous Primary school in Ely are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team in their Autism Hub in September 2024. **Key Responsibilities**

Provide one to one support in the classroom and for interventions
Help the teacher create a safe a nurturing learning environment for all students
Be patient and understanding
Approach all situations with a positive, can do attitude
Nurture the pupils you work with

**Qualifications and Skills**

Previous experience working with SEN
Have experience or interest in working with Children with Autism
Be adaptable and flexible
Communicate effectively with others
Ability to differentiate and provide alternative learning methods
