Role:  Credit Controller
Location: Poole
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum  
 
Holt Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company in Poole. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join the office on a permanent, full-time basis.
 
What’s the role?
Credit Controller duties will include:

Providing high-quality customer service.
Oversee and manage the credit control process, ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups on overdue accounts.
Keep accurate records of all transactions and client communications related to their accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues concerning accounts receivable.
Generate regular reports detailing outstanding debts and provide insights into payment trends.
Perform credit assessments on new clients to evaluate risks before granting credit terms.
Partner with the sales team to streamline credit approval processes and account management.
Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) to efficiently manage accounts payable. Benefits/Package:
