Technical Delivery Manager
We are currently seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for a Facilities management client in the pharmaceutical industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to join a global leader in technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Operations Management: Lead the technical delivery of various workflows, including maintenance, reactive tasks, and client-funded projects.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of technicians, supervisors, and specialists, driving performance improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the operational team and the client, ensuring high levels of customer service and technical excellence.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency and provide high-level customer support.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects and personnel comply with cGxP standards, including ongoing training and compliance documentation. Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, HNC/HND, or at least 10 years of relevant technical experience.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage teams and drive projects to completion.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Problem Solver: Able to identify and implement technical solutions efficiently.
Safety Focused: Holding or working towards a relevant safety qualification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH). Locations:
Based primarily at Stevenage with occasional travel to Harlow and Addenbrooke’s.
