Sales Consultant

Salary:

27,500 basic (up to 34,000 OTE year one)

Sunbury

Hours:

40 hours per week / 5 out of 7 days (one weekend day)

Job Responsibilities:

Working towards and achieving sales targets, occupancy targets and
Working with the leadership team in regards to setting sales goals
Creating a positive store floor atmosphere
Working within a team environment and offering support
Ensuring exceptional customer service
Handling customer inquiries or
complaints
Maintaining a welcoming store environment
Providing individual customer specific solutionsThe Person:

An enthusiastic and confident individual
Working towards KPIs
Experience of converting sales
Telesales experience (Not just face-to-face experience)
Passionate for service
Flexible (shift wise)
